Owned fleet with Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, Maybach, V-Class and Sprinter VIP. From the discreet business sedan to the 19-seat coach — we dispatch the right vehicle for your occasion, group size and level of executive presence.
Describe the occasion, get the right vehicle assigned — and below, answers to the most common questions about luggage, child seats and comfort differences.
Point-to-point between office and client meeting, predictable daily schedule, no representational occasion.
Executive comfort without luxury overstatement. For employee transfers in the upper segment, airport pick-up, longer location changes.
Occasion with high expectations. Highest privacy and visible appreciation of the guest — more legroom, lounge seats in the rear, optional partition.
Business meeting with team, family trip, roadshow. Conference seating possible, day-pack luggage, joint arrival instead of a convoy.
Investor day, international delegation, high-quality reception. Standing height inside, conference seating possible, considerably more representational than the V-Class — slightly less agile in city traffic.
When more than 8 passengers should arrive together — larger Sprinter variant or coach with conference seating, table and Wi-Fi. On request with dedicated dispatch throughout the day.
Yes, free of charge. Available are infant carrier (0–13 months), child seat (1–4 years) and booster seat (4–12 years). ISOFIX on request. Please briefly let dispatch know the model and quantity at booking — we will set the vehicle up accordingly.
Mercedes V-Class (First Class Van) offers up to 7 seats, normal seat height and compact exterior dimensions — it fits through any inner-city tight spot and parks at any hotel entrance. Optimal for business groups that want to arrive unobtrusively and flexibly.
Mercedes Sprinter VIP (Luxury Van) offers up to 8 seats, greater standing height (you can stand upright inside), conference seating with facing lounge seats possible, considerably more luggage space and a visibly higher level of executive presence. Trade-off: larger turning circle, less agile in narrow old-town streets.
Rule of thumb: up to 7 passengers, compact day-pack, urban routes → V-Class. From 8 passengers, with executive presence requirements or larger luggage → Sprinter VIP.
E-Class (Business Class): low noise, well sprung, high-quality interior. Suitable for unobtrusive day-to-day business. Sufficient for around 90 % of all appointments.
S-Class (First Class): noticeably longer wheelbase, quieter rear, higher-quality materials, massage seats as an option. For longer routes, board-level journeys or more representational occasions.
Maybach (Luxury Class): lounge seats in the rear with leg rest, full partition between driver and rear area on request, considerably more legroom than the S-Class, individual climate and lighting control in the rear. For investor talks, hand-overs, high-profile receptions — and wherever the impression matters.
Yes, in all vehicles. Wi-Fi on request, USB charging stations as standard in all vehicle classes, table function in V-Class and Sprinter. In S-Class and Maybach, climate comfort and acoustic insulation are optimised for confidential phone calls — the rear is largely acoustically decoupled from the driver area.
Two options — depending on the occasion:
Parallel dispatch of multiple vehicles (e.g. two V-Class vehicles or one V-Class plus one S-Class). Both vehicles with the same dispatcher and aligned routing — as if it were a single vehicle. Often the more elegant solution when the group can also split en route.
VIP Coach (coach on request) for up to 19 passengers with conference seating, table and Wi-Fi — when everyone needs to arrive together, e.g. for trade-fair transfers, weddings or travel groups.
Tell us the occasion, number of passengers and date — we recommend the right vehicle from the fleet and dispatch personally.
