What is the difference between a chauffeur service, a limousine service and a driving service?

In practice the terms refer to the same offering. Chauffeur service emphasises the driver, limousine service the vehicle, driving service the logistics. Rental car with driver is the legal designation. At T&M all aspects come together: experienced chauffeurs, premium limousines and professional dispatch — as a personal chauffeur, business driving service or Hamburg limousine service.

Is consolidated invoicing for multiple rides available?

Yes. On request, recurring rides are consolidated and invoiced centrally — either monthly or at the close of a project. Cost centers can be tracked on request.

How are short-notice changes handled?

Through a direct contact with mobile-reachable dispatch. Whoever books knows their dispatcher and can reach them at short notice before the ride begins.

Can a framework be defined for ongoing cooperation?

Yes. For recurring bookings, a corporate setup as a framework agreement with defined conditions, escalation paths and reporting frequency is available.
